And a great storm of wind arose, and the waves beat into the boat, so that the boat was already filling. But he was in the stern, asleep on the cushion; and they woke him and said to him, “Teacher, do you not care if we perish?” And he awoke and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, “Peace! Be still!” And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm. He said to them, “Why are you afraid? Have you no faith?”
Storms cannot shake my faith; I am calm and filled with the peace of God.
Right now, I choose the peace that is in every moment that consciously abide in You.
I know that no matter the size or type of storm that comes:
Ice storm or thunder storm;
Wall of emotion or walls of water;
Shaken beliefs or shaking earth,
Nothing can separate me from You.
You are my rock and shield, a present help in every challenge;
My constant companion during each moment of the journey.
Filled with Your peace, I bless the world.
